Caregiver

We are hiring a compassionate and skilled Live-in Caregiver to provide personalized care and support to our elderly clients in Faro Portugal. As a caregiver you will be responsible for assisting with daily activities, administering medication, preparing meals and ensuring the overall well-being of our clients. This is a live-in position with accommodation provided. Responsibilities Provide personal care such as bathing, dressing and grooming Assist with mobility and transfers Administer medication according to prescribed schedules Prepare nutritious meals and snacks Perform light housekeeping duties Monitor clients' health and report any changes to the supervisor Engage in activities with clients to promote socialization and cognitive stimulation Requirements Previous experience as a caregiver or similar role Knowledge of elderly care principles and practices Ability to communicate effectively in English; Portuguese is a plus CPRFirst Aid certification preferred Compassionate nature with a strong sense of empathy Physical stamina to perform various caregiving tasks Must be legally eligible to work in Portugal Salary The salary for this position is 1300$ per month with accommodation provided. #J-18808-Ljbffr
