Requirements Mindset & Culture Talented Junior Solid professional knowledge at the theoretical level Open mind to listen and learn (from Seniors and other sources) Robust confidence level but far away from being arrogant (Learn‐it‐all mindset instead of I‐Know‐it‐all) Taking responsibility for every task you do (and seeking help proactively if a task is too hard or complex) Working every day to reach the skill level of a senior ASAP Seek and recognise opportunities for self‐growth, team‐growth, and take action Experienced Senior Real domain expert down to the roots: State‐of‐the‐art knowledge and real experience in almost all aspects of your professional area Open‐minded to listen and learn, but also to give back knowledge to the organization Taking responsibility for the entire product/projects/initiatives Able to create a strategy or parts of it Scalable mindset and knowledge of how to design/build scalable solutions/processes Knowing the difference between real knowledge/understanding and Dunning‐Kruger Awareness about the difference between knowledge/skills and real experience Responsibilities Partner with agencies and enterprise clients to turn WhatsApp into a measurable performance and growth channel Analyze campaign performance, customer journeys, and business data to identify growth opportunities and optimization strategies Develop data‐driven recommendations across acquisition, engagement, retention, and conversion to improve client outcomes Design scalable WhatsApp growth strategies tailored to different industries, use cases, and business objectives Build performance measurement frameworks that connect marketing activities with real business outcomes and ROI Guide clients in defining meaningful KPIs, attribution models, experimentation roadmaps, and success metrics Lead strategic performance reviews and executive business reviews, presenting insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders Collaborate closely with agencies, Meta, Product, Customer Success, and Engineering teams to deliver end‐to‐end client solutions Identify opportunities to expand client adoption through new use cases, automation, integrations, and product capabilities Educate agencies and clients on Performance Messaging through workshops, enablement sessions, and strategic consulting Stay at the forefront of industry trends, Meta products, AI, and emerging messaging technologies to continuously evolve best practices Develop repeatable playbooks, frameworks, benchmarks, and case studies that help scale client success across the organization Benefits Budget The budget range for this role in Senior position is 4.000,00 EUR/Month - 8.000,00 EUR/Month, depending on the candidate's level of experience and fit with the position requirements Background Check Notice By submitting your application, you acknowledge and agree that 360Dialog may conduct a background check as part of the recruitment and selection process.
