The Bar Manager is the curator of the guest’s liquid journey, blending creativity, style, and precision. Through inspired cocktails, expert guidance, and vibrant leadership, this role shapes an atmosphere of sophistication and energy where every sip tells a story.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily bar operations, ensuring efficient and high-quality service;

• Lead, inspire, and schedule the bar team;

• Develop and maintain an innovative cocktail and beverage program;

• Manage stock, suppliers, inventory, and cost control;

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing standards;

• Monitor performance and drive profitability;

• Deliver exceptional guest experiences, including VIP service and issue resolution.

Profile:

• Proven experience as Bar Manager or Head Bartender in a luxury beach club, hotel, or high-end venue;

• Strong knowledge of mixology, wines, and premium spirits;

• Leadership skills with the ability to motivate dynamic teams;

• Financial acumen and inventory management experience;

• Excellent communication skills (English required; Portuguese preferred);

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy seasonal environment.
