Waiter

Waiter/Waitress City: Braga, Portugal Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team at a busy restaurant in Braga. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our customers, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring an enjoyable dining experience. Previous experience is not required, as training will be provided. Responsibilities Greet customers and take their orders Serve food and drinks in a timely manner Provide excellent customer service and address any issues or complaints Upsell menu items and make recommendations to customers Ensure tables are clean and set up properly for the next guests Handle payments and process transactions accurately Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service Follow all health and safety regulations Requirements High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) Good communication skills in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent customer service skills Attention to detail and ability to multitask Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Compensation and Benefits Competitive salary of 1700$ per month plus tips.
