A Learning Hub, academia de formação do Holmes Place, entidade formadora certificada pela DGERT e IEFP procura Professores/Formadores (m/f), nas seguintes UFCD:
* Desenvolvimento Pessoal;
* Gestão e Administração;
* Negociação, Vendas e Marketing;
* Liderança;
* Inteligência Artificial;
* Saúde e Bem-estar;
* Recursos Humanos;
Descrição das funções:
O Formador(a) terá como principais funções a gestão administrativa dos processos formativos, identificação e análise das necessidades de formação, planificação, elaboração e execução da formação. Preparação, análise e correção dos instrumentos de avaliação da aprendizagem dos formandos. Participação em reuniões técnicas por área de formação ou por curso; preparação, análise e validação das técnicas e metodologias de formação.
Requisitos:
* Licenciatura adequada à função;
* Experiência comprovada como formador/a em ambiente corporativo;;
* Detentor(a) do CCP (Certificado de Competências Pedagógicas) ou documento que comprove a isenção do mesmo;
* Ficha curricular DGERT (obrigatório) ;
* Certificado e-formador;
* Dinamismo e gosto por práticas formativas Inovadoras;
* Excelente capacidade de comunicação;
* Disponibilidade horária (laboral e pós-laboral);
