Our client is a leading international technology company delivering software solutions and services to the Architecture, Engineering, Construction (AEC) and Industrial sectors. As part of its continued growth, the company is expanding its commercial presence in Portugal.
Description
- Identify, prospect and develop new business opportunities across the Portuguese market;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers in architecture, engineering, construction and industrial organizations;
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing;
- Promote a portfolio of software solutions and digital technologies tailored to the AEC sector;
- Develop existing customer relationships and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities;
- Collaborate with international teams to ensure a high-quality customer experience;
- Track market trends, competitor activity and emerging opportunities;
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline data and activity reporting within CRM systems;
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows and networking activities when required.
Profile
- Proven experience in B2B software sales, business development or account management;
- Strong understanding of the Architecture, Engineering, Construction (AEC), Industrial or Digital Engineering sectors;
- Experience selling software, technology solutions, SaaS or engineering-related technologies;
- Established network within the Portuguese AEC ecosystem is highly valued;
- Hunter profile with a track record of acquiring and developing new clients;
- Commercially driven, entrepreneurial and comfortable working independently;
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills;
- Fluent Portuguese and professional English are required.
