Key Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end recruitment process for Dutch-speaking candidates across a variety of roles and industries within the staffing sector
• Source, screen, and engage prospective candidates through job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks
• Conduct initial candidate interviews and assessments in Dutch to evaluate suitability and cultural fit for client vacancies
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle, providing a premium candidate experience at every stage
• Collaborate closely with senior recruiters and account managers to understand client staffing requirements and deliver tailored talent solutions
• Accurately manage and update candidate records and recruitment pipelines within the company's applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Contribute to the development of job advertisements and employer branding content targeted at Dutch-speaking talent across Europe
• Participate actively in team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews to continuously develop your expertise in the recruitment & staffing industry

Requirements

• Native or fluent Dutch language skills (spoken and written) are essential for this role
• Valid EU passport (mandatory)
• Already living in the Costa del Sol area
• Be available for a 3 months fully paid training in Athens, Greece
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a genuine passion for working with people
• A proactive, results-driven attitude with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced recruitment environment
• Comfortable working on-site in Spain and collaborating with an international, multicultural team
• No prior recruitment experience required — a willingness to learn and grow within the staffing industry is all we ask
