Integration Engineer - Air Traffic Control

Location: Paço de Arcos - Q45, Portugal Thales has been operating in Portugal for more than 35 years, delivering innovative solutions for Defence and Aerospace markets. As an Integration Engineer, you will join the Airspace Mobility Solutions (AMS) team and contribute to the implementation, testing and qualification of Thales Air Traffic Control solutions. Responsibilities Design, implement and maintain system and network infrastructures, ensuring high performance, availability and security; Analyze and interpret complex system architectures, data models and specifications for TopSky solutions; Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software, and system management tools (COTS and TopSky); Collaborate with project management and design authorities to ensure deployments are completed on time and to required standards; Manage configuration baselines and maintain documentation for configuration control across TopSky projects; Provide technical support and troubleshooting to internal teams and end-users, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues. Requirements Academic background in Engineering or another field relevant to the position; Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role or related functions; Fluency in English, both written and spoken; Willingness to travel abroad for periods of up to one month, approximately every 2–3 months; Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary environments.
