Position Summary

We are recruiting customer-oriented individuals to work as Payment Support Specialists for a high-profile corporate account in Lisbon, Portugal. Operating full-time from a contemporary, centrally situated office, you will play an integral role in a top-tier FinTech business handling French commercial clients. In this capacity, you will serve as a main contact point, assisting business users, solving system issues, and cultivating strong client relationships. Complete, fully compensated training is delivered from your start date, making prior FinTech background non-essential.

Main Operational Tasks

• Client Guidance: Provide fast, knowledgeable assistance to business accounts through phone calls, email messaging, and real-time chat platforms regarding digital payment solutions.
• Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve platform glitches, transaction failures, account access obstacles, and profile setting updates.
• Simplifying Information: Translate intricate financial concepts, technical steps, and policy guidelines into clear, simple French for corporate clients.
• Team Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with level-two technical teams to escalate, monitor, and resolve complex customer tickets.
• Data Documentation: Record precise, timely case histories and resolution details in both French and English across internal systems.

Applicant Requirements

• Language Proficiency: Fluent oral and written French skills (minimum C1 level) alongside functional English skills (B2 level) for software tools and internal communication.
• Technical Aptitude: Strong digital comfort, an inquisitive approach to learning, and a natural talent for resolving tech-related issues.
• Client Focus: Outstanding communication skills combined with a sincere desire to support enterprise clients successfully.

Compensation & Perks

• Base Remuneration: €930 gross per month distributed across 14 annual payments (inclusive of mandatory Christmas and summer holiday pay).
