Technical Customer Support Specialist – Dutch & English (Lisbon)
Location: Lisbon, Portugal (On-site)
Position Type: Full-time
Schedule: Rotational shifts (No night shifts)
About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic team in Lisbon. In this role, you will be the go-to expert for users navigating search engine features and technical tools, helping them resolve queries and maximize their experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond efficiently and professionally to customer inquiries regarding search engine features and technical troubleshooting.
- Guide users through step-by-step solutions via chat, email, and phone.
- Diagnose, prioritize, and escalate complex technical issues to higher-level support teams when necessary.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing clear, empathetic, and accurate information.
- Adapt quickly to tool updates, policy changes, and procedural improvements.
Requirements
- Language Proficiency: Full professional fluency in both Dutch and English (written and spoken).
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong ability to explain technical concepts simply.
- Customer Focus: A genuine passion for helping others and solving problems.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and highly open to constructive feedback and coaching.
- Availability: Flexibility to work rotational day shifts, including weekends (no night shifts required).
What We Offer
- Base Salary: €1,100 per month (paid over 14 months).
- Performance Bonus: Up to €135 per month.
- Attendance Bonus: €120 per month (paid over 11 months).
