About Us: VanillaHR is a software company providing an HR and candidate management platform for companies and agencies. Our solution allows companies to source and manage candidates, collaborate with the hiring team, and offer a simple and understandable recruitment management platform. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in business development, sales, and strategic planning. The Business Developer will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth, expanding our customer base, and fostering long-term business relationships. Key Responsibilities: You will be in charge of acquiring new customers (we use proven channels, but you will have the freedom to set up your own acquisition channels). You will cover the entire sales cycle, from detecting opportunities to closing deals. You will keep an open mind and will be able to capture customer feedback in order to propose your own suggestions for improving the tool. Build and execute a prospecting strategy innovative in collaboration with the business and marketing team, to identify and acquire new potential customers to achieve the set business objectives. Set up effective processes to relaunch prospects and follow up on your leads to ensure a pipeline that is always active. Obtain qualified appointments for our business team and actively contribute to lead conversion. Your Profile: ● You have at least 3 years of experience in B2B business development, including internships and work-study programs. ● You are organized, you know how to work independently and you are a force for proposals because we are always open to new projects. ● You have an extraordinary sense of humor :) ● Big bonus if you have experience in the field of SaaS software or if you have already worked in a regulated market.
