Senior Customer Training Specialist - Hugo RAS Technology

Medtronic seeks an experienced training specialist to deliver technical education on Hugo Robotic Assisted Surgery systems across European markets. The role involves conducting hands-on training, supporting clinical education programs, and collaborating with sales and clinical teams, requiring 75% travel to a Belgian training center.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical training and education on Hugo Robotic Assisted Surgery technology across surgical specialties
• Support and lead laboratory sessions and hands-on surgical workshops for trainees
• Apply structured teaching methodology to assess trainee efficiency and safety
• Collaborate with sales, clinical, medical affairs teams and surgical proctors to prepare training programs
• Master robotic surgery ecosystem including equipment, instruments, and digital infrastructure

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years medical device or healthcare training experience
• Medical device experience with laparoscopic or robotic assisted surgery technologies
• Clinical or operating room experience
• Fluency in Portuguese and English languages
• Proven training mindset with design and delivery of technical education programs
• Strong problem-solving skills and team collaboration abilities
• Willingness to travel 75% of the time
