German speaking Customer Service Representative in Lisbon!

Cross Border Talents is looking for a German speaking Customer Support Representative to work for a global leading provider in Portugal! Description Your role will involve providing customer service via incoming calls, live chat, emails, and social media channels. You'll serve as a consultant to our customers, offering prompt and tailor-suited solutions to questions and issues. Key Responsibilities Ability to assist users with Pre-Sales, General Inquiries, and technical support issues viaphone/email/chat/social/social messaging channels (as assigned). Ability to adapt the brands voice and tone for interactions on both private(phone/email/chat/messaging channels) and public (social, forums, e-commercereviews)channels. Respond appropriately to customer escalations and escalates issues and customers tohigher tiers of support as defined and documented Respond to inbound customerrequests , document relevant case information. What You Need Native levelof German (C1-C2 level) Fluency in English (at least B2 level) Outstanding communication skills Good typing and computer skills (MS Office applications) Ability to explain complex concepts clearly Organizational, decision‐making, and analytical skills Team player with a positive attitude High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in customer service is an advantage, but not required Availability to work on rotational shifts What You Can Expect from Us Full-time role, hybrid or online if not in Sofia Competitive salary.
