A Adecco Permanent Recruitment recruta um HR Manager (M/F), com experiência consolidada em contexto industrial e motivação para liderar uma equipa interna de 2-3 elementos na área de GRH.
Responsabilidades
1. Identificar as necessidades de formação dos colaboradores.
2. Valorizar o potencial e os conhecimentos do pessoal contratado.
3. Promover a produtividade e a melhoria do desempenho.
4. Conceber, implementar e executar a estratégia de retenção de talentos.
5. Implementar diferentes políticas, projetos e programas na área de Desenvolvimento de Recursos Humanos.
6. Elaborar e gerir o plano de retenção de colaboradores, gestão de talentos e desempenho.
7. Analisar a política salarial da empresa, remunerações e benefícios.
8. Desenvolver critérios de avaliação e desenvolvimento de competências.
9. Estabelecer programas de mentoria e coaching.
10. Prestar apoio e aconselhamento sobre desenvolvimento e talento a outros departamentos internos.
11. Elaborar relatórios e redigir relatórios diretos de GRH
12. Gerir orçamentos.
Requisitos
- Formação em Recursos Humanos, Psicologia, Sociologia ou áreas similares.
- 3-5 anos de experiência na área de GRH
- Experiência em gestão de equipas
- Experiência em contexto industrial (plus)
- Domínio de MS Office
- Conhecimento do Software Sistrade (plus)
