Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality player support in Hungarian through various communication channels, including email and chat
• Assist players with account management, technical issues, and game-related questions
• Resolve player concerns efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
• Document player interactions accurately to aid continuous improvement of support services
• Collaborate with internal teams to relay player feedback and help enhance the gaming experience

Stay informed about Riot Games' titles and industry trends to provide knowledgeable assistance

Requirements

• Fluent in Hungarian (oral and written); proficiency in English is a plus
• Previous experience in customer or player support roles is advantageous
• Strong understanding of gaming culture and familiarity with Riot Games' titles
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions
