O grupo OSAliving by bbgourmet, fiel à sua filosofia "eating better and living better", está a selecionar para o Bfresh Hotel (Porto) um(a) profissional polivalente e qualificada para uma função dupla integrada. Procuramos alguém com perfil dinâmico para assegurar o arranque do dia dos nossos hóspedes e a gestão do nosso gabinete de bem-estar.
O Modelo de Trabalho & Remuneração
Desenhámos um modelo que garante estabilidade financeira e premeia o seu talento técnico:
- Vencimento Fixo Garantido: Pela componente operacional no hotel.
- Comissões Atrativas: Margem percentual sobre cada massagem realizada, potenciando os seus rendimentos.
- Vínculo Comercial/Laboral: Ajustado ao perfil selecionado.
As Suas Responsabilidades
A sua rotina diária será dividida em duas áreas fundamentais da experiência dos nossos clientes:
- Serviço de Pequenos-Almoços (Horário Fixo: 07h00 às 11h00):
- Preparação, reposição e organização do buffet de pequeno-almoço do Bfresh Hotel.
- Acolhimento inicial e atendimento personalizado aos hóspedes, garantindo o padrão de excelência do grupo.
- Gabinete de Massagens OSAliving (Horários Sob Agendamento):
- Execução de uma oferta ampla e versátil de tratamentos, adaptada às necessidades dos hóspedes e clientes externos.
- Gestão autónoma do espaço (agendas, acolhimento, higienização e controlo de consumíveis).
Requisitos Fundamentais
- Credenciação e Formação Certificada em Massagem / Terapia Corporal (fator eliminatório).
- Domínio de variadas técnicas de massagem (Relaxamento, Terapêutica, Desportiva, Drenagem, etc.).
- Domínio de Idiomas: Fluência em Inglês (obrigatório) e forte valorização de uma segunda língua estrangeira (ex: Francês ou Espanhol), dado o perfil internacional dos nossos clientes.
- Disponibilidade Imediata para início de funções.
- Postura profissional orientada para o detalhe, simpatia, pontualidade e excelente capacidade de comunicação.
