Are you a tech-savvy problem solver who speaks fluent Dutch and English? We have an immediate, urgent opening for a Technical Customer Service Representative to join our team in the heart of sunny Lisbon, Portugal !

Salary & Financial Package
We believe in full transparency from day one. Here is the exact breakdown of your monthly compensation package:
- Base Salary: €1,100 per month (Paid across 14 months per year, giving you extra holiday and Christmas payouts!)
- Dutch Language Allowance: €135 per month (Paid across 14 months , matching your base salary structure!)
- Performance Allowance: €120 per month (Paid across 11 months per year)
What We Are Looking For
- Languages: Native or fluent ( C1/C2) in Dutch , paired with strong professional English . (Additional fluency in French, Italian, or German is a major plus!)
- Skills: Strong communication skills, a natural problem-solving mindset, and a genuine passion for tech support.
- Mindset: Highly adaptable, comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment, and eager to grow through constructive feedback.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional technical support and customer care to Dutch and English-speaking users.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot user issues efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction standards.
- Navigate dynamic workflows smoothly and collaborate actively with team leads to implement feedback.
