Network and Systems Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Network and Systems Administrator to join our team in Faro Portugal As a Network and Systems Administrator you will be responsible for maintaining and managing our companys network and computer systems Your main goal will be to ensure the smooth operation of our network infrastructure as well as troubleshooting any issues that may arise Responsibilities Design implement and maintain network infrastructure including switches routers firewalls and wireless access points Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that may arise Perform regular maintenance tasks such as updates and backups to ensure the security and integrity of our systems Manage user accounts and permissions on our systems Troubleshoot hardware software and network issues reported by employees Install new hardware and software as needed Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies in the field of networking Requirements Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field preferred Proven experience as a Network and Systems Administrator or similar role In-depth knowledge of networking protocols eg TCPIP network security principles and virtualization technologies Experience with Windows Server operating systems 2008 2010 2016 Familiarity with Linux operating systems is a plus Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues Excellent communication skills in English Portuguese is a plus Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with team members Salary We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per month for this full time position in Faro If you are a dedicated Network and Systems Administrator looking for an exciting opportunity with room for growth then we encourage you to apply for this position Join our dynamic team today #J-18808-Ljbffr
