About Us We're a performance marketing agency that's all about results, helping businesses grow their online presence, attract quality leads, and get the most out of every marketing dollar. Our team is young, ambitious, and based in the stunning city of Lisbon. We are 40+ people who are dynamic, solution-oriented, and ambitious, using AI to streamline how we work. We're looking for like-minded people to join us! The Role We're looking for a Senior Media Buying Strategist: a brand-new, strategic position that sits at the heart of our business. This is not a team management role. It's something rarer: a cross‐functional expert who moves fluidly across all our verticals (IGaming, Leadgen, E‐commerce and beyond), bringing sharp media buying expertise wherever it's needed most. You'll report day‐to‐day to the Head of Business Units, with a direct strategic line to the CEO, and act as the connective tissue between our different business areas, ensuring knowledge and best practices flow seamlessly between teams. What You'll Be Doing Act as the internal media buying reference across all business verticals, providing strategic guidance and hands‐on consultancy to each team Monitor and follow up on live campaigns and projects across different areas of the business, identifying opportunities and flagging risks Bridge the gap between teams by transferring learnings, tactics, and insights from one vertical to another Stay sharp on industry trends, platforms, and best practices — and bring that knowledge in-house What We're Looking For 4+ years of hands‐on experience in media buying (Meta ads, TikTok, and Google ads), ideally across multiple verticals or formats Proven ability to work across different business areas without getting siloed Strong analytical mindset - you can read performance data and translate it into action Comfortable operating at a senior level Excellent communication skills Fluent in Portuguese and English Self‐starter mentality: you thrive in ambiguity and know how to set your own priorities What's in It for You Competitive salary (from €40k gross) with performance bonuses that genuinely reward results Solid training and ongoing learning opportunities to keep you sharp Flexible hybrid setup: 2 days in our Lisbon office, 3 days from wherever you work best A startup vibe where your voice matters and your ideas get heard #J-18808-Ljbffr
