Nederlandstalige Klantenservice Specialist – Project Medische Hulpmiddelen (Porto)

Ben jij een enthousiaste Nederlandstalige communicator en woon je momenteel in Europa? Wil je deel uitmaken van een essentieel project op het gebied van Diabetes Medische Hulpmiddelen ? Cross Border Talents zoekt gemotiveerde talenten om ons internationale team in Porto te versterken.
- Locatie: Op kantoor in Porto, Portugal
- Project: Support voor innovatieve Diabetes Medische Hulpmiddelen
- Startdatum: ZSM / Deze maand (flexibel)
- Contract: Vast (CDI)
Salaris & Financiële Voordelen
- Basissalaris: € 1.100 per maand, uitgekeerd over 14 maanden .
- Signing Bonus: Ontvang een extra welkomstbonus bovenop je salaris!
- Maandelijkse Prestatiebonus: Tot € 150 extra op basis van je targets.
- Welcome Bonus: Verhoog je maandelijkse inkomen met een bonus die in 12 maandelijkse termijnen wordt uitbetaald.
- Maaltijdvergoeding: € 7,63 per gewerkte dag (via een maaltijdkaart) — een van de hoogste tarieven op de markt!
Gezondheid & Welzijn
- Zorgverzekering vanaf Dag 1: Uitgebreide dekking vanaf je eerste werkdag (kleine eigen bijdrage).
- Gratis dekking: De verzekering is 100% GRATIS na 6 maanden contract.
- Betaalde Training: Volledige professionele training, betaald vanaf de eerste dag.
Verhuisregeling (Relocation)
- Vanuit het buitenland: Gedeelde accommodatie beschikbaar (tot 12 maanden). Details worden besproken tijdens het interview.
- Vliegticket: Let op, er wordt geen vliegticket vergoed.
- Binnen Portugal: Verhuishulp binnen Portugal is enkel beschikbaar voor 'Tier 1' profielen (Duits, Scandinavisch en Nederlands).
Jouw Profiel:
- Vloeiend/Moedertaal Nederlands (C2 niveau).
- Goede beheersing van Engels (B2) voor interne communicatie en systemen.
- Woonachtig in Europa.
- Klantgerichte instelling met sterke probleemoplossende vaardigheden.
- Werkvergunning: Je moet in het bezit zijn van een EU-paspoort of een geldige Portugese verblijfsvergunning.
Carrière & Ontwikkeling:
