Everyday, 32% of our team walks or cycles to work and 39% arrives by train, bus or subway. We’re also surrounded by little stores, trendy bakeries, tasty restaurants and pleasant gardens.

We started developing software in 2003 and have evolved from 4 people with no methodology to a team of more than 60 using Scrum and Kanban, with unique flavors decided by each team.

We have seen how Agile methods can also become heavy and cumbersome for developers, and so we keep the Agile Manifesto’s spirit in mind valuing the team’s opinion more than our processes.
